Mortgage Administrative Assistant

Office Assistant
Assist with day to day activities within the office. Maintain department calendars and schedules. Prepare for meetings and arrange any necessary travel. Review invoices for proper approval. Run and process department reports. Track inventory and process supply orders. Answer phones. File necessary paperwork. Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed. Responsible for assisting with light loan processing and loan file completion. Assist loan officer with any function. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a sitting and/or standing position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
