Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Help departments meet their targets and goals. Maintain Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance & Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety & Security, Scheduling, and Training. QUALIFICATIONS Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
