Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across a spectrum of backgrounds and life stages, tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their mental health.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, ensuring all clinical notes and records comply with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Manage scheduling by coordinating ongoing appointments and maintaining an organized calendar to maximize client engagement and minimize gaps in care.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic care approach for clients, sharing insights and clinical expertise to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with diverse client populations, including individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our practitioners apply a client-centered approach, building therapeutic alliances grounded in trust, empathy, and understanding. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
