To support our growth, we are currently in search of an experiencedSales Manager who will lead a team of Sales Professionals by embracing and promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, career development and high performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure sales results meet or exceed established revenue targets Provide leadership through collaborative sharing of knowledge and skill Develop, implement and deliver training and coaching to ensure maximum performance, service levels and appropriate sales results are achieved Maintain headcount to budgeted targets by focusing on retention through career development and other opportunities Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
