Banquet Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Banquet Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ala carte restaurant experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all banquet activities
Identify potential clients through networking
Oversee guest services
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Train and manage all banquet personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet clients' needs
Meeting sales targets
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Ala carte restaurant experience
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
