As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Resident Assessment: Evaluate resident conditions and determine care needs based on ongoing observationsCare Coordination: Organize and guide nursing interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary team membersMedication Oversight: Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring resident responsesStaff Guidance: Support and direct non professional nursing staff through instruction and on the job trainingDocumentation Accuracy: Prepare clear written and oral reports to support communication and complianceSafety Practices: Maintain a therapeutic environment by applying infection control and emergency response proceduresInterested in learning more?
