Client Job Description: 12 + years in client delivery projects, program management Strong experience on Agile methodology Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to help plan, deliver, and support product deliverables Facilitate daily standup meetings to ensure solutions are built in increments and iterations Responsible for status reporting, maintaining program schedule, roadmap and updating to stakeholders Experience handling large global team Experience on retail domain knowledge Strong communication skills and articulation skills as the expectation is to work independently with client, influencing on solution and building relationship Responsible for requirements gathering and prioritization Provide direction and coordination for large projects and the technical execution plan by converting requirements into manageable project tasks and see them through completion Help groom the product catalog and work with global stakeholders to deliver the Sprint catalog

Job Description: Expectations from this role: Proficiency: Perform end-to-end management of a single or portfolio of projects with TCV 500K - $1Mn in deliverables based or outcome-based model, by delivering the agreed scope, within the agreed timelines and cost. Fully ensuring the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met and customer satisfaction is enhanced. Outcomes: 1. Identify key stakeholders to ensure establishing and maintaining positive business relationships among stakeholders (internal or external) 2. Maintain regular communication with customer/partner/supplier; addressing needs through empathy with their environment 3. Define activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills needs, interfaces and budget. Optimize costs and time utilization, minimize waste and deliver projects on time, and budget as per the contract and agreed scope, with a high quality result. 4. Anticipate all possible risks and manage them by applying the suitable risk management strategy; developing contingency plans. 5. Define and implement the governance model as per the project needs 6. Plan and implement metrics driven management model and quantitatively assess the project health 7. Orchestrate projects to develop or implement new, internal or externally defined processes to meet identified business needs. 8. Effective implementation of software delivery methodologies and instil customer's confidence 9. Build, manage and nurture high performing teams, providing individual and team mentoring, ensuring high levels of team engagement, and developing capabilities within team, ensuring seamless communication and resolving conflicts 10. Adopt and build software engineering best practices which can be leveraged by other teams
