We are seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Executive Search Consultant to join our Technology practice. This is not a staffing role — it is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of talent strategy and technology leadership, partnering with clients to identify and place the executives and senior leaders who shape the direction of their organizations. What You Will Do Executive Search & Candidate Development: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with senior technology leaders — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of Data, and other high-impact executives — through direct sourcing, talent mapping, and network development Strategic Talent Mapping: Build sophisticated organizational maps and candidate pipelines across technology verticals including P&C Insurance Tech, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Enterprise Software — identifying high-potential talent before they ever hit the open market In-Depth Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate profiles that go well beyond keyword matching — assessing leadership style, technical philosophy, career motivation, and cultural alignment against client-specific mandates Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior search consultants and Managing Partners to refine search parameters, deliver compelling candidate slates, and contribute to the overall search strategy Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects LNCsearch's standard of excellence — responsive, consultative, and relationship-driven from first outreach through offer acceptance Market Intelligence: Develop and share industry insights, competitor talent landscapes, and hiring trends to add value to both client engagements and internal strategy Why Your Background Fits You have put in real reps in recruiting — you know how to find people, how to run a process, and how to manage competing priorities. What We Are Looking For 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within Technology, with exposure to sourcing senior or leadership-level candidates Strong sourcing instincts — comfortable leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach to engage passive talent Genuine curiosity about technology — you do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to speak intelligently about what separates a great engineering leader from a good one Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — with candidates, with colleagues, and eventually with clients A self-starter mindset who thrives in an environment where effort, focus, and consistency are directly rewarded Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools; Bullhorn experience a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus potential Hybrid work schedule based out of our Cool Springs, Franklin, TN office A culture built on collaboration, transparency, and doing the work the right way Direct mentorship from experienced search professionals and Managing Partners A clear path toward senior search consultant and leadership roles as the practice grows #J-18808-Ljbffr LNCsearch
