• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Colorado Medical License (must obtain prior to start)
• DEA License
• Willingness to provide rural outreach (approximately 6 days per month)

Description:

Join a team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering compassionate and high-quality cancer care. Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in both outpatient and affiliated clinic settings. Deliver outreach services to rural clinics, supporting underserved communities with access to specialty cancer care. Travel to designated locations is required, approximately 2 to 3 hours away, to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate closely with a comprehensive cancer team for coordinated patient management. Practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes quality and innovation. Utilize an integrated electronic medical record system for efficient patient care. Participate in a flexible four-day work week model. Engage in limited call responsibilities shared within the group. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered cancer care programs. Support and engage in clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for rural medicine and outreach-based oncology care. This role values autonomy within a supportive, collaborative framework.
