The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation. **Primary Responsibilities:*** Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations* Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties* Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes **Minimum Qualifications:*** Good attendance record* Previous call center/phone-based work experience* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)* Excellent communication skills* Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Work Schedule:*** 40 hours per week between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 6am-4:30pm on Saturday **Perks of joining the U-Haul fleet:** Get your career moving with a company who empowers team members to the healthiest version of themselves!
