If you enjoy hands-on mechanical and electrical work, troubleshooting equipment, and working with a stable team, this could be a great opportunity for you.What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot electrical, motor, and heater circuit issues using schematics and wiring diagramsRepair equipment by removing and replacing defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranesCommunicate with supervisors to prioritize maintenance and repair needsDocument repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage in maintenance logsMaintain company tools and ensure they are properly stored and in working conditionFabricate repair parts, machine guards, mezzanines, and other equipment using welding and shop equipmentWhat You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:High school diploma preferredMinimum of 1 year of relevant maintenance experienceElectrical troubleshooting and repair experience requiredGood organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand and follow safety procedures, SOPs, and work instructionsAbility to present information and work effectively with supervisors and team members
