As Insurance Account Representative for Chris Vella State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 per year With top performers earning $85,000+ Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
