Assistant Construction Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out

NYC Vertically Integrated Developer‑Builder is hiring a Full‑Time Assistant Project Manager for a major commercial fit‑out project in the Bronx. Responsibilities Assist in the management of the commercial fit‑out project, coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to meet project milestones. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or recent graduation in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field. Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software preferred. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Bonus potential. 401(k) retirement plan. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
