Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking a Recruiter in Westerville, OH to coordinate staffing needs and manage the field recruiting process for home care staffing. You will conduct screenings, interviews, and background checks, and support onboarding activities under leadership guidance. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years in high-volume recruiting, and 1+ year in home care.
