Leasing Consultant

Job Description RentReady Homes specializes in leasing single-family homes and providing a seamless rental experience for residents and property owners. We are looking for a motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing prospective renters from initial contact through lease signing, including lead follow-up, property showings, applications, and leasing coordination. The position also supports field operations and works closely with our Construction, Maintenance, and Marketing Teams to ensure homes are ready, properly marketed, and leased efficiently. The Leasing Consultant will also oversee a Leasing Assistant, helping delegate tasks, manage follow-ups, and keep daily leasing activities on track. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is proactive, organized, comfortable working in the field, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Proficiency in property management software systems like AppFolio or BoomCRM. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy calendar. High school diploma or equivalent. Comfort working weekends when necessary to support leasing activity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
