Executive Personal Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up action items
• Handle email, phone, and other correspondence on behalf of executives
• Arrange travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries
• Support personal tasks, including errands, appointments, and household coordination
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed
• Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information
• Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable administrative support role
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
