As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joyce Coleman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

I am a University of South Florida graduate in Business. I love being an agent helping people with their insurance and financial needs. I like being involved in the community. I am associated with Big Brothers,Big Sisters and Have been a Rotarian for many years. I enjoy being a Gasparilla Krewe member. I am a music lover and enjoy concerts whenever possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Potential to make up to $65,000 with Base + Commissions and Bonuses
