Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Connections Connections is currently accepting applications for Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities and helping them lead meaningful, engaged lives. The ideal candidate will have experience providing direct care, as well as a strong understanding of individualized service plans and documentation requirements. In this leadership role, you will help plan, coordinate, and oversee daily activities both at the center and in the community, ensuring high-quality care and engagement for all individuals served. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar Collaborate with coordinators to address questions from individuals and DSP staff Review and assist with data collection, documentation, and billing processes Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and welcoming Plan and implement a consistent schedule of engaging on-site activities Promote active participation and engagement throughout each individual’s day Maintain agency vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in proper working order Monitor and maintain appropriate staff-to-individual ratios during community outings Qualifications Experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities Knowledge of individual service plans and documentation requirements Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment Benefits: Competitive wages Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO Supportive work environment Opportunities for advancement Rewarding work that makes a difference every day #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Home Developmental Disabilities Services, Inc.
