What You’ll Be DoingAs a SAM, you will be empowered to drive our business forward. Your primary focus will be on creating value for both our customers and Danfoss.• Drive profitable growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our share of wallet within your customer accounts.• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to introduce innovative Danfoss products, shaping the future of the construction segment• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and the true voice of the customer within Danfoss.• Act as a solution-oriented partner for your customers, using your technical knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell our diverse product offerings to meet their evolving needs.• Collaborate globally with internal sales, support, and business unit teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions that exceed customer expectations.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a motivated and strategic sales professional who is ready to make a difference. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a passion for building relationships.• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with a strong understanding of hydraulics. A degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.• 5-8years of experience in a technical sales or Senior/Principal Account Manager role, ideally within the hydraulics or off-highway industry• A self-driven and resilient mindset, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.• Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development ideally with OEM focus.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build trust at all levels including senior and c-level employees.• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States, preferably in North Carolina or Ames, Iowa. This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
