Job Opportunity

Position: Circulator RN

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Circulator RN to promote and restore patients' health by meticulously completing the nursing process. This role requires collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members while providing both physical and psychological support to patients, their friends, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Render nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, Nursing Department guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the care of patients in the operating room as both a circulating nurse and scrub nurse.
• Provide education to patients and their families to ensure safe and therapeutically effective nursing care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold operational efficiency.
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage to support patient care needs.
• Utilize nursing assessment skills to recognize and act upon post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operating Room and Recovery Room nursing preferred.
• Current Washington State or MultiState RN license required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Shift Information:

Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week, 8-hour shifts) with the requirement to rotate call as needed. Holiday coverage may be required.
