Strategic People Ops & HRIS Lead

Odyssey in Palo Alto is hiring a People Operations Partner to own HRIS systems, immigration programs, and people analytics at scale. You will lead end-to-end HRIS strategy, drive adoption, and partner with IT/Engineering to redesign org hierarchies and data flows.
You will manage immigration processes (visa sponsorships and green cards), build dashboards on headcount and turnover, and shape onboarding and retention programs across a multi-state footprint.
