Senior Medical Assistant – Oncology Join the Swedish team as a Senior Medical Assistant in Oncology. This role focuses on clinic coordination and providing comprehensive support to patients and providers. Description The Senior Medical Assistant exercises independence in planning and executing a wide spectrum of clerical duties. Responsibilities include scheduling new patients, coordinating follow‑up clinic appointments, managing subsequent treatments and diagnostic tests, obtaining insurance verifications and referrals, preparing and maintaining patient medical records, reconciling billing issues, answering multiple phone lines, and triaging calls.
