What You Can Expect The Product Strategy Advisor – Power is responsible for leading the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of ENGIE's power products across North America. This strategic role bridges market intelligence, customer needs, system constraints, and commercial innovation to deliver differentiated energy solutions that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that can manage change and can trailblaze and create new processes, procedures and products and bring them to the stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Houston TX.

What You'll Bring This role requires the minimum level of education to be a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in energy markets, preferably in power product development, structuring, or commercial strategy. You will have a strong understanding of wholesale and retail electricity markets, renewable integration, and regulatory frameworks. You have proven leadership in cross-functional environments and customer-centric product innovation. You have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management. You possess familiarity with energy trading, risk management, and financial modeling. You have knowledge and some experience with digital platforms, energy analytics, or DERs (Distributed Energy Resources). You have prior exposure to sustainability-driven product design (e.g., carbon-free portfolios, RECs, ESG-linked contracts).

Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies; Compensation Salary Range: $113,900.00 – $174,570.00 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
