Requirements Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career. Prior night audit experience in a hotel environment is ideal. Must be 18+ years of age. Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack). Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability. Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired. Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, nights and holidays. High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others. The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming. Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas. Handle cash, coins, and currency as night auditor. Pay rate starts at $21.00 per hour. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
