Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing (Hybrid Office)

Responsibilities Participate in and lead functional analysis interviews and guide the team to document findings in report format. Review benchmark analyses. Work with the team to draft and compile client deliverables including reports, memoranda, and PowerPoint presentations. Review and analyze financial data and compute transfer pricing adjustments. Stay up-to-date on the latest rules, regulations, and court cases affecting transfer pricing compliance and enforcement. Interact with clients and prospects on calls, meetings, and via email. Attend professional conferences and assist in the preparation of technical articles and publications. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of transfer pricing experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field. Desired Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Economics, MBA, JD, LLM, or CPA (preferred). Substantial knowledge and experience of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property. Superior financial modeling skills, including the ability to develop, maintain, and update complex financial models with current data; modify for different assumptions, and enhance financial analysis. Ability to critically assess the validity of input data and stress‑test the financial analysis results for validity. Executive‑level communication and business development skills, with the ability to articulate complex transfer pricing strategies to C‑suite executives and build trusted‑advisor relationships that drive firm growth. Proven ability to manage the full client engagement lifecycle, including initial contact with clients and prospects, scoping discussions, proposal development, and setting clear engagement parameters and expectations. Strong client communication skills throughout engagement execution, including facilitating discussions, presenting findings, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations. Experience identifying opportunities to expand client relationships by understanding broader business needs and communicating the full range of the Firm’s services, while balancing project economics with unanticipated issues to maintain engagement profitability and client satisfaction. Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring team workloads while meeting client expectations and respecting the work‑life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner. Strong project management and communication skills, including keeping superiors informed of progress and issues, escalating challenges appropriately, and ensuring alignment across all levels of engagement teams.
