Fulfillment Operations Manager (E-Commerce) | Norwalk, CT | On-Site

We're a 20+ year, self-funded e-commerce brand in sports apparel and gifts — and we're looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Operations Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk.

This role is for someone who's equally comfortable pulling a KPI report and jumping on a heat press to help the team hit a deadline. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What You'll Own

• Daily fulfillment across DTC, Amazon FBM, and Wholesale channels — pick, pack, ship, done right
• Team culture and floor morale — this is Priority #1 in your first 6–12 months
• Q4 scale-up: hiring and onboarding the team from ~13 to 50+ people for our holiday sprint
• KPI tracking (error rates, output speed, reshipments) and proactive weekly staffing recommendations
• Inventory control via WMS/OMS audits and domestic vendor relationships

✅ You're the right fit if:

• You have 5+ years in e-commerce or retail fulfillment (pick/pack/ship, DTC, multi-channel) — 2+ in leadership
• You've managed seasonal workforce scale-ups and aren't afraid of a long December
• You live in Excel — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, turning data into decisions
• You thrive in entrepreneurial or family-run environments where no two days are the same
• You lead by example — you never ask your team to do something you wouldn't do yourself

• Your background is purely logistics, transportation, or dispatch — we need fulfillment retail ops

Compensation & Perks

• Base: From $75K+ DOE
