Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Required to work 4 weekend shifts per month, with mandatory on-call duty twice a month.

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a multi-faceted Labor and Delivery unit, serving both low and high-risk patients. Responsibilities will include monitoring pregnancies, recognizing and treating abnormal fetal heart patterns, and assisting with C-sections.

Utilize external fetal monitoring.

Circulate for C-sections as needed.

Float to the Perinatal unit if required.

Provide care to neonates, adolescents, and adults in the Labor and Delivery setting.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.

Epic electronic health record experience is mandatory.

Active California RN license is required.

Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced.

Previous charge experience preferred.
