Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and establish an individualized treatment path.

• Develop, execute, and regularly update personalized treatment plans, integrating cultural and contextual factors pertinent to each client.
\n
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, which may include individual, couples, and family counseling, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Monitor and document clients’ progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, both inside and outside the organization, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards governing mental health practices, including those relevant to remote therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals across varying age groups and backgrounds experiencing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to family and relational difficulties. Our clients come from the Orlando area and surrounding communities, bringing their unique experiences and cultural perspectives, which require therapists to be culturally competent and sensitive to varying needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a mental health therapist in Florida, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapy experience is preferred.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients and team members.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently while also engaging effectively as part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting is highly preferred, understanding of the systemic barriers clients may face.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms is advantageous, enhancing clients' access to care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
