About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in 5500 San Mateo Blvd. NE STE#105. Our office is open 9am-5pm. I am a proud graduate of UNM. Bilingual Spanish Position

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Gallegos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Licensing must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual Spanish (required).

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
