Collision General Manager

Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager at Service Center Corinth. The role oversees overall center operations including risk management, team development, customer metrics, production, administration, recruitment, personnel retention, and financial performance monitoring. The manager must ensure vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards. Valid driver’s license and coverage eligibility under company insurance. 21 years of age or older. Abilities, Skills, Knowledge Advanced understanding of collision estimating. Prior experience with CCC1. Advanced knowledge of repair processes and procedures. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers. Capability for consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
