Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Property Coverage Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Irvine, California. This role involves handling complex, high-exposure litigation matters within a collaborative team environment. Duties Participate in all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution. Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and management. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda. Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, and motions. Meet with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations. Manage matters, deadlines, and client communication proactively. Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions. Requirements Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the bar. Experience in insurance coverage preferred; open to other litigation backgrounds. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills. Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications California Bar admission required. Skills Strong problem-solving abilities.
