Direct Hire Opportunity: Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager – Columbus, OH
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility; administrative on-call duties required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and clinical services to ensure safe, home-based intravenous therapies.
- Lead sterile compounding activities including IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management.
- Manage pharmacy staff recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and on-call schedule coordination.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards set forth by State Boards of Pharmacy and USP compounding guidelines.
- Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives focused on profitability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license valid in Ohio.
- 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings.
- Strong expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy teams.
- Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems highly preferred.
