Guest Services Representative
WakeMed
Greeter/Receptionist
Promotes the image of WakeMed by professionally and courteously greeting and assisting visitors, callers, and hospital staff with general information about hospital events and services, physical directions to departmental locations on the hospital campus or other facility sites.
Provides accurate patient location information to all inquiring visitors or family members within the limits of confidentiality and privacy. Coordinates the activities of the volunteers placed in the area as greeters and assists management in the training of volunteers and new staff members in the department.
Cross trained to support retail services/gift shop

Licensure: Not Applicable
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience: 1 Year Customer Service Preferred
