Compensation: $22.50 - $29.50 hourly

Role Overview

This role requires strong execution of data and processes. The successful candidate will operate from a company-wide perspective, assisting in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected. As a member of the Device Services and Tracking Team, the candidate will be responsible for receiving, allocating, and distributing pre-production devices in a dynamic environment for internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory position and stock keeping unit (SKU) performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related reports using various systems.
• Receive, allocate, and distribute pre-production devices using internal asset tracking tools.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

Skills: Candidates must be organized, self-starting, and possess proficient written and oral communication skills. The role requires flexibility, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills: Comfortable with business software, such as Excel. Experience with data management and asset tracking tools is necessary.
