Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm. This position offers the opportunity to lead a variety of private and municipal land development projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead site layout, grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and stormwater design efforts.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, permitting, and approvals.
• Conduct site visits and participate in client and public meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
• 8–15 years of site development experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of land development, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, roadways, and parking design.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience preferred.
