Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney with two to five years of experience to join their San Francisco, California office. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, eager to manage a caseload, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Duties Manage case files and engage in motion practice. Participate in courtroom opportunities and depositions. Prepare for trials and engage in alternative dispute resolution. Analyze, organize, and draft pleadings. Conduct e‑discovery and fact development. Propound and respond to written discovery. Appear in state and federal courts for case management conferences and motions. Requirements Active California license required. Experience from a regional, national, or outstanding local law firm preferred. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UCL/UDAP. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills Strong strategic and analytical skills. Outstanding attention to detail.
