Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
As the Sales Manager, you will lead all aspects of the sales process while developing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to increase community occupancy.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and families through phone, email, and online channels
- Conduct engaging community tours and presentations
- Guide prospects through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to move-in
- Build trust with residents, families, and referral sources through exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up activities within the CRM system
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
- Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
- Coordinate community events, networking opportunities, and outreach programs
- Collaborate with community leadership and regional sales teams to implement effective marketing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based marketing
- Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with seniors, families, and professional referral partners
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
