Our client, a market leading SaaS company known for developing top-tier sales talent through structured training, hands-on leadership, and a highly competitive performance culture, is looking to expand their sales team in North Atlanta, GA. This person will be responsible for bringing on net new business though close across a local geographical territory.

- Competitive SIX figure base salary + uncapped commission. Top 25 reps in the company making $650K+ (with others even making $900K+!)
- Long term career growth into higher level IC or leadership roles (based on performance, not tenure at company) - Next IC role promotion from this one has a $412K OTE at 100% to plan
- Reporting to a manager that has been with the company for 9+ years and has been promoted multiple times

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of full cycle B2B sales (must be hunting for net new business at least 50% of the time)
