As a Regional Banker-Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Ellicott City, Maryland. Job Description Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Work Experience: 1+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: No degree required; high school diploma or GED acceptable. Certifications: None required. Other Requirements: Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,125.00 – $61,875.00.
