Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
• Adhere to all facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Expected weekly hours: 36–40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Strong familiarity with Med Surg patient populations and related procedures
• Experience in a travel nursing capacity
