Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, performing customer service, and handling various clerical duties to ensure the smooth functioning of our dealership. This role requires maintaining the Front Desk Reception area, greeting customers, directing them to appropriate areas, and contacting salespersons as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone communications.
• Greet customers and direct them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas.
• Contact salespersons for customer assistance.
• Order necessary supplies when authorized by managers.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.

Essential Skills

• Proven customer service experience.
• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Outlook is preferred.
• Past work experience in a similar role is advantageous due to the ability to multitask and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, filing, and administrative support.

Work Environment

The position is located in NE Salem. The role requires working 25-30 hours per week with the following schedule: Monday to Thursday from 2:50 PM to 8 PM, Friday until 9 PM, Saturday (mandatory) from 7:50 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 9 PM, and two Sundays a month from 10 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 7 PM. Training will be required for five days from 9 AM to 3 PM with Chauni and three closing shifts with another team member. The work environment is professional, with a focus on customer service excellence.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Salem,OR.
