This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen. Remote Position Criteria Must have prior State Farm experience Must have an active Property and Casualty license Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
