A&W Electric is looking for a Repair / Service Coordinator to help coordinate industrial repair jobs from customer intake through completion.

If you're organized, customer-focused, good with details, and enjoy working with technicians and solving problems, we want to hear from you!

You do not need electric motor experience to apply. Experience in automotive service, heavy equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, maintenance, parts, dispatching, or service coordination can translate well to this position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate repair jobs from intake through completion
• Communicate with customers regarding job status, estimates, schedules, and repairs
• Create and maintain work orders and job documentation
• Assist with estimates and customer approvals
• Schedule and prioritize work with technicians and supervisors
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Communicate delays, changes, and additional repair needs
• Keep customers and the shop informed throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate records in our job-tracking systems

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with customers, technicians, and vendors
• Good computer skills — Outlook, Excel, Word, and job-tracking systems
• Dependable, proactive, and able to follow through

Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Coordinator, Repair Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Parts Coordinator, Dispatcher, Fleet Coordinator, or similar role is a plus.
