Dental Kidds is looking for a high-caliber Orthodontist to lead the orthodontic wing of our thriving pediatric practice. $200,000~$450,000 per year

Requirements
- Licensed dentist
- Orthodontic Residency
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited post-graduate residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible (American Board of Orthodontics).
Active Minnesota Dental License (or the ability to obtain one).

Job Description
Comprehensive Care: Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning for Phase I and Phase II orthodontic cases.
Clinical Excellence: Manage a full range of orthodontic treatments, including traditional brackets, clear aligners (Invisalign), and various growth-modifying appliances.
Team Leadership: Direct the Orthodontic Clinical Manager and specialized Ortho Assistants to ensure efficient chairside flow and patient comfort.
Integration: Collaborate closely with our Pediatric Dentists on site to manage space maintenance and early interceptive treatment.
Patient Experience: Maintain the signature Dental Kidds atmosphere—fun, approachable, and supportive for both children and their parents.
