This role will lead day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting: Manage full-cycle hiring for field and corporate rolesPayroll: Coordinate and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and complianceOnboarding/Offboarding: Oversee new hire setup, orientations, exits, and documentationEmployee Relations: Partner with managers to address performance, disciplinary matters, and workplace concernsCompliance: Maintain adherence to employment laws, safety regulations, and company policiesQualifications5+ years of HR experience across recruiting, payroll, and employee relationsExperience in construction, manufacturing, or similar field-based industry preferredStrong knowledge of employment law and payroll practices
