Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Sales Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets and company goals.
• Insurance Solutions: Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving client issues and concerns.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping for all client interactions, policies, and transactions.
• Knowledge Development: Continuously update industry knowledge to stay informed about insurance products, changes, and regulations.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Licensing: Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses. We will assist.
• Experience: Prior experience in insurance or sales roles is advantageous but not required.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
• Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly under pressure.
• Teamwork: A collaborative spirit, being able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
