What You'll Be Dishing Out:
As the fearless flavor captain of your restaurant, you'll:
- Lead by example - energize your team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences
- Hire, train & develop a dream team that brings the QDOBA magic every shift
- Own the numbers - manage budgets, inventory, scheduling, and all the fun operations stuff
- Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and positivity
- Build community connections that turn guests into regulars
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellence from open to close
Ingredients for a Rock Star GM:
- 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)
- A track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders
- Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused
- You communicate like a pro and hustle with heart
