CNC MACHINE OPERATOR – 3RD SHIFT

$26.00/HR AFTER TRAINING

We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machine Operator for a 3rd shift opportunity. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on CNC machine operating experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

3+ YEARS OF CNC MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidates should have strong hands-on knowledge of CNC machinery, machine operation, setups, measurements, quality checks, and troubleshooting.

SCHEDULE

3rd Shift:
Monday–Thursday
8:00 PM – 6:30 AM

PAY

Training Pay: $23.00/hr
After Training: $26.00/hr

Selected candidates will train on 1st shift for approximately 2–3 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift.

Training Schedule:
Monday–Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of CNC Machine Operator experience

• Strong CNC machine knowledge and hands-on experience

• Ability to work independently after training

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Comfortable troubleshooting and identifying machine/production issues

• Steel-toe shoes required

• Must be able to complete 2–3 weeks of training on 1st shift

• Interview required

BREAKS

• Two 15-minute paid breaks

• One 30-minute unpaid lunch break
