Essential Skills & Responsibilities:- Receive requisitions; analyze for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Request pricing/quotes, negotiate contracts, place orders.
- Manage purchasing contracts, supplier stock, blanket orders, Etc.
- Manage inventories of stock Items
- Generate PO's and remain in contact with suppliers for on time delivery
- LEED Documentation experience a plus
- Construction Metals Industry a plus
- Support upper management, perform other duties as assigned.
- Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Skilled with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel etc. )
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
- Fabtrol or ComputerEase software a plus
- Able to handle multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills
- Able to read blueprints
- Experience in construction accounting a plus.
