CNC Field Service Engineer

Job DescriptionExperience: Mid LevelSalary: $90,000 - $130,000 per yearJob DetailsLocation: Remote (Candidate must reside in the Dallas, TX area)Travel: Up to 50% travel required throughout Texas and surrounding regionsResponsibilitiesPerform installation, startup, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of CNC machine toolsDiagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issuesSupport CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, mills, and multi-axis equipmentWork with machine brands such as Mazak, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, Okuma, Haas, and similar equipmentTroubleshoot Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and other CNC control platformsRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manualsProvide technical support and training to customers when necessaryComplete detailed service reports and document all work performedMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and serviceTravel to customer sites as needed throughout the assigned territoryQualifications3+ years of CNC machine tool service, maintenance, or repair experienceStrong understanding of CNC lathes, mills, machining centers, and production equipmentExperience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsFamiliarity with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC controlsAbility to read electrical schematics and technical documentationExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be located in or willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX areaAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%Preferred ExperienceOEM field service experienceMulti-axis machining center experiencePLC troubleshooting knowledgeMachine installation and commissioning experienceAdvanced CNC diagnostics and precision alignment experienceA bit about us:We are partnering with a growing industrial services organization that partners with manufacturers across a wide range of industries to keep critical CNC equipment operating at peak performance.
